Show some love to your old man this Father’s Day
Are you the type of person who keeps giving your dad the same old gift voucher from a hardware store or a pair of socks every Father’s Day? If that sounds like you, then you’re in luck because we have curated some great gift ideas that will get you in the good books with your old man this Father’s Day.
How cool does that sound? This might sound a bit fancy, but we guarantee your dad will have the time of his life and it’s a great pressie to make up for all those times you gave them a last-minute present or you forgot to call him on his special day.
So, if the old boy is a bit of G&T aficionado or just loves a drink, make sure you book him in for a gin masterclass at
Bass & Flinders distillery. At the distillery, not only will he be able to start his journey as a gin connoisseur, but he’ll also get the opportunity to create his very own gin – now that’s cool!
As if learning how to make his own gin wasn’t enough, once the masterclass is finished he’ll get a nice little parcel from the crew at Bass & Flinders which contains a bottle of the gin he created in the class! To top it all off, the guys at Bass & Flinders keep the recipe so that you or your dad can order as many bottles of your own gin as you want every time you run out. Now that’s what we call a gift that keeps on giving!
The masterclass goes for two hours and includes tastings of Bass & Flinders products, a delicious cheese platter and the opportunity to win prizes.

Glamping in Red Hill
This is a great idea to treat dad (and mum) to an amazing experience in the great outdoors, and it’s right on their door step.
We all know how fun camping can be, but it’s harder to get out there and do it when it’s still freezing cold outside and you’d probably prefer to snuggle up in your own cozy bed.
Well that’s all about to change because with a couple of days waking up to the beautiful scenery and lake views at Iluka Retreat, you’ll see that you really can have a cozy luxury holiday, while still enjoying the great outdoors! It’s an experience that we’re sure your dad will thank you for on every Christmas card from now on.
Just a short drive away from home, this glamping experience makes it the perfect gift for a winter getaway for your beloved father. What’s more, not only will he be able to sit back and soak up the serenity, but he’ll also be able to sneak off for a cheeky one at one of the great nearby wineries.
